Cornerstone is a privately owned and operated talent acquisition and consulting company based in Cincinnati. The firm is founded by professionals that did not want to have the typical “sweat shop” recruiting methodology. We want to not just be a Vendor to our clients, we want to be intuitive and flexible business partners. The other founding principle is industry expertise.
